    1. You accept and are responsible for all charges prior and up to your cancellation.

    3. Upon cancelation, you may use the benefits of Dakimakura of the Month, including free shipping, free returns and VIP customer service for the rest of the current period.
    4. www.AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com  is not responsible for overdraft or bank charges that may occur from the monthly membership fee due to insufficient funds or credit limit on your bank account or credit card.

- You will receive the design as a surprise. Customers may request for Male/Female or  Explicit/Non-explicit design if you want to.

 

How does the Free Shipping on Every Order work?

How does the Free Returns on Every Order work?

Anime Dakimakura Pillow Return and Exchange Policy

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone, email, or Live Chat is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
 
What is not eligible to be returned to Anime Dakimakura Pillow?
Damaged items after 48 hours upon receiving cannot be returned.

 

How do I get reimbursed for my returned merchandise?
We will refund your payment.

 

How long does it take to process my Return or Exchange?
Usually, we will process your return once it is received. On the rare occasion, it may take up to 2 months to process a returned parcel.

 

How will I know Anime Dakimakura Pillow received my return or exchange?
We will notify you through email that the returned parcel has arrived.

 

How long does it take for my credit card to be refunded when return an item?
We will automatically refund your payment once the returned item has been received.

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping costs back to Anime Dakimakura Pillow?
Yes. The customer will take full responsibility of paying the expenses for the returned item in the first instance. Credit will be given back to you for return shipping.

Yes. Customer will take in charge of the shipping fee.

 

Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Once the first production of order has been made but have not yet shipped, there will be 10% charge of your total order upon order cancellation.

What if I am unable to locate my Delivered Package?
Please coordinate with your local post office and provide them your tracking number.

 

What if I would like to cancel a subscription but my item has already been shipped out?

Unfortunately, customer can't cancel the subscription once the first dakimakura item has been shipped out.

 

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?

Anime Dakimakura Pillow ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer.  Anime Dakimakura Pillow accounts and Pay Pal accounts offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online. If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order, Anime Dakimakura Pillow must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected.If we are not notified within an hour it is highly unlikely the correction can be made. If the package has already been shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist with, but we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track.

Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information:

If you are shipping the package to an address you are not listed as a legal resident the package most likely will be returned to Anime Dakimakura Pillow as undeliverable.  UPS, USPS-  United States Postal Service, International Post or private courier will not deliver package to a given address unless the package is addressed to the listed resident. As a result, if you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to a boyfriend, girlfriend, or someone else, you cannot list your name as the recipient unless you list it as "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address.  If you are shipping to a business the address must include the business name along with the customer's name so that the post UPS, and courier most likely will not deliver the package.

 

The Anime Dakimakura Pillow's shipping labels are generated by a computerized shipping tool it creates the label based on the system code. Anime Dakimakura Pillow is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.   Anime Dakimakura Pillow is not responsible for any lost packages that the address was incorrectly provided.

 

If your package is returned to Anime Dakimakura Pillow, there is a $15 International fee to have the package reshipped with basic service.  You can upgrade to other shipping method, $35 for air mail speed post.

 

If a customer no longer wants to receive the package after submitting incorrect address information, Anime Dakimakura Pillow will only refund the merchandise charges when the package is returned to Anime Dakimakura Pillow, the shipping charge fees will not be refunded.
