We sell both pillow covers and the inner pillows separately. They are designed to fit our pillow covers.

We will process and ship out your order 2 to 5 working days after receiving your payment. A shipping notice email will also been sent to you once the order shipped out along with a Tracking Code so you can check the status of the order if you decide to add the extra tracking code. 
We batch our shipment orders for each week every Friday.

Upon receipt of transfer, we will proceed with processing the order and shipping.  Once the product is shipped, we provide after ship tracking. What this means is you will receive a notification each time the parcel is moved from one point to another, such as from being sent out, to arrival at terminal, to final delivery - this way you will know exactly where your parcel is at any given point.

Gifts for Family / Friends

If the shipping address is different from the one on PayPal, please make a note when checkout at the "Remarks to Seller" of the address to be shipped. This way, our fulfilment staff can take note of this when sending our your parcels.


Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: 

  • For returns, please send us an email at support@AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com by specifying your name and order number in the first instance
  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.
  • All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
  • No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@animedakimakurapillow.com before 5pm EST the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.
If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you'd like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)

Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can request to be removed from our list by simply emailing us at support@AnimeDakimakuraPillow.com.
